Because our products are digital downloads, they are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

1. Digital products and change-of-mind refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or situations where you no longer need or want the product, once the digital product has been supplied.

Before completing your purchase, please review the product description, previews, file format, software requirements, and included contents carefully.

2. Defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products

If a digital product is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, missing essential files, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us.
