Main fabric: 70 × 150 cm / 27.6 × 59 in
Lining: 50 × 145 cm / 19.7 × 57 in

Drawstring: 130 cm / 51.2 in

For the Eyelet Version, you will also need:

• 2 eyelets

For the Sewn Opening Version, eyelets are not required.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS

The Removable Hood can be made in a variety of fabrics depending on the look and level of warmth you want to achieve.

For a warmer version, choose quilted or padded fabrics.

For a lighter version, choose a suitable woven outerwear fabric.

Choose a lining that works well with your main fabric and allows the hood to sit comfortably around the head and neck.

TWO DRAWSTRING OPTIONS

The pattern includes two ways to create the drawstring openings, giving you more flexibility when choosing your fabric and finish.

Option 1 — Eyelet Version
Create the drawstring openings using two eyelets for a clean and structured finish.

Option 2 — Sewn Opening Version
Create the drawstring openings directly in the seam construction, without using eyelets.

Both options are included in the pattern, so you can choose the finish that works best for your fabric and design.

PRINTING

Print the pattern on A4 paper at 100% / Actual Size.

Do not select “Fit to Page” or any other automatic scaling option.

I recommend printing the test page first and measuring the included 5 × 5 cm / 2 × 2 in test square before printing the complete pattern.

Once the scale is correct, print the remaining pages and follow the included assembly diagram to tape the pattern sheets together.
